Returns and exchanges (not including shipping) are accepted up to 30 days from purchase date for in-stock items such as furniture, accessories, paint, primer, etc. as long as they have not been opened or damaged and are in sellable condition as determined by Patrick Street Interiors. Some items may incur a restocking fee of up to 30% as determined by Patrick Street Interiors. Shipping to return items is the responsibility of the customer.

No returns are accepted on special or custom orders including, but not limited to: paint, wallpaper, fabric, window treatments, furniture, carpets & rugs. Our team will ensure that any issues with custom orders will be addressed as efficiently as possible.

Patrick Street Interiors will ship within the US only.

Any in-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. The customer will be contacted as soon as possible if for any reason this shipping time will be delayed.

  Custom and special orders will ship according to the manufacturer or fabricators guidelines and are not under the control of Patrick Street Interiors.Shipping charges will vary based on product and ship-to location.
